Thank you for everyone who helped us get out the vote for the June 20 Virginia Primary! Stay tuned for how you can get involved for the General Election coming up on November 7.
At stake in the 2023 Virginia General Assembly elections are reproductive rights, voting rights (specifically restoration of rights for returning citizens), truth in education and empowering women and families.
We will be working in races across the Commonwealth from Northern Virginia to Hampton Roads in districts where we want to ensure that women voters understand the candidate choices available to them.
This is the first general election held in Virginia where candidates will be running in the new districts from redistricting. Many voters will not be aware that they are in a new district or that there may be two incumbents running for election.
National Women's Political Caucus of Virginia works hard to make sure that women's voices are heard throughout the Commonwealth. Our regional leaders organize events, host candidate forums with partners, advocate for women's rights and work hard to elect our endorsed candidates.
